OOH Suppliers Roll Down Billboards In Anticipation of Typhoon Lawin

MANILA, Philippines - Having learned their lesson from previous typhoons, EDSA Guadalupe Billboard operators rolled down their billboards in anticipation of super typhoon Lawin.  Although the super typhoon did not have Metro Manila in its path, the Out-Of-Home media suppliers could not afford to take the risk and had to remove all tarpaulins as a safety precaution.

It has been noted that OOH suppliers or vendors are more cautious nowadays and remove the tarpaulins at the first sign of Signal Number 1.
